Retreats, sound baths, workshops and seasonal gatherings — moments to step out of the everyday, drop deeper into your body, and practise in good company. Here's what's on the horizon.
Maybe you've always been curious about yoga, or surfing, or both? Spend a Saturday morning with us exploring just that — stillness and breath as the sun comes up, then straight into the water (wetsuits provided), closing with brunch. No experience needed, just bring yourself.

A deep-rest practice — yogic sleep that down-regulates the nervous system and leaves you restored. It's yours when you join the newsletter; after that, I'll only write when there's something worth sharing.

Before yoga was my work, it was the thing that kept me standing. I built a career in the corporate world — a BCom in Marketing Management, years across graphic design, PR and corporate training, designing leadership-development programmes, and ultimately running a KZN training centre for one of South Africa's foremost labour-law firms as regional manager. I know the pace, the pressure and the real cost of that world from the inside — which is exactly why I know how to work with your teams.
It was my own practice that let me thrive in it: a way to stay regulated, to move stress through my body, and to keep burnout at arm's length. Over the years it became something far bigger — a practice that has reshaped me physically, mentally and in my health, more deeply than I can fit into a paragraph.
So that's how I teach. Strong, dynamic movement and deep, quiet stillness, often in the same hour. My classes are trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, which is really just a careful way of saying you're safe here, exactly as you are. There's no perfect posture to reach and no flexibility to earn first. Only your body, your breath, and a place to come back to.
Off the mat, you'll find me in the ocean — surfing is my other great teacher — or on some kind of a mission with my pug, Melon, who is, objectively, the cutest.
A curated journey of what you can experience with me — strength and stillness, science and soul, woven to where you are on any given day.
It is the same balance your nervous system is asking for — enough strength to hold you, enough softness to let you rest. The practice isn’t forcing the posture, or your life. It is finding the place where effort and ease finally meet.
A few reflections from students, private clients and teams I've had the joy of holding space for.
Want to collaborate, ask about a custom offering that isn't listed here, have a query, or simply say hi? Every message comes straight to me, and I'll always reply — I read them all myself, so it might not be immediate, but it will come.
