Combining two powerful practices to recalibrate the nervous system: long-held, passive floor stretches with an immersive meditative sound experience.
We start with yin. You'll come into a few floor postures and stay in each one for several minutes, supported by bolsters and blocks, so there's nothing to hold up and nothing to push for. This practice targets the deep connective tissues and fascia rather than the muscles to release physical tension.
Once your body has settled, the sound bath begins and you stay right where you are. The soothing vibrations and tones help quiet the nervous system and deepen relaxation. All you have to do is lie there and let it reach you.
Stretches tight areas like the hips and lower back while easing mental stress.
The physical stillness of yin prepares the body to fully absorb the meditative vibrations of the sound bath.
The pace is slow and accessible to all experience levels.

Mats, bolsters and blocks are provided. Dress in warm layers, because the body cools down when you're lying still. Bring a blanket, and an extra pillow if you'd like more support.
If you're pregnant or working with an injury, let me know when you book and I'll adapt the postures for you.
